Lisa LÊ is responsible for several critical projects, including:

• Conducting a comprehensive benchmark of the group’s operations, evaluating tools, processes, and monitored KPIs.
• Streamlining management processes and implementing detailed reporting mechanisms.
• Enhancing service quality through team training initiatives.
• Exploring AI solutions for operational management within the group.

Ahmed MALEK’s responsibilities encompass:

• Overseeing the development and maintenance of SPB Group’s infrastructure, with a focus on implementing consistent policies across Europe.
• Managing the security system, ensuring compliance with legal obligations in each country and delivering top-notch services to customers.
• Spearheading the maintenance and development of office automation tools across the organisation.
• Producing reports to effectively monitor infrastructure and cybersecurity operations.
• Ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of incidents.

Both Lisa LÊ and Ahmed MALEK hold pivotal roles within the group, operating in a matrix structure across all units. They report directly to Mathieu SEBASTIEN, the CEO of SPB Group.
